## Page: Returns and Refunds
**30-day returns**
You can return standard (non-custom) parts within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the part price. There is no restocking fee.
**What we can accept**
To be returnable, a part must be:
- Unused and never installed or test-fitted with fasteners torqued
- Unmodified: not drilled, cut, welded, machined, painted, or coated
- Free of tool marks and scratches from installation
- Returned with all included hardware, in its original packaging
**What we can't accept**
- Custom orders (see our Custom Orders policy)
- Parts that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery
**How to start a return**
Email sales@adapterexperts.com with your order number and the reason for the return before sending anything back. We'll reply with return instructions. Packages sent without contacting us first may be delayed or refused.
**Return shipping**
You pay return shipping unless we made the mistake: if we sent the wrong part, the part arrived defective, or it doesn't fit the application listed on our site, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund your original payment method within [5 business days]. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it.
